Position Overview : As Sales Compensation Analyst you will support the Variable Compensation Manager for the Go-to-Market and non-Go-to-Market incentive programs. Together with your manager, you’ll create, manage and analyze the yearly incentive programs, driving the individual and team behavior to reach the given KPIs set in line with Showpad culture and growing strategy. This role will support the achievement of a clear, sustainable and successful variable compensation program, comprising variable compensation, finance, people operations, and revenue operations and is critical in supporting the remarkable growth of Showpad. Key Responsibilities: Calculate monthly, quarterly and annual incentive payouts, based on existing compensation plans of Showpad eligible employees around the globe Distribute end of period incentive statements Communicate and provide feedback for variable compensation questions Distribute variable compensation plan handouts for new hires and changes of roles within Showpad Review and report periodic variable compensation results to business owners and management, including the creation of ad hoc queries Improve current processes, analyze data and compile benchmark surveys into relevant information Provide support and feedback in developing and implementing a more automated variable compensation process and tool set Communicate with field and relevant stakeholders on policy and program changes in a compelling and effective manner Work closely with Finance, People Operations and Revenue Operations to both understand the business needs and requests and follow-up accordingly to ensure the right plans are in place. Commit to continuous learning and innovation Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business or related discipline Ability to become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in our variable compensation software tool (CaptivateIQ) 1-2 Years of experience. Ability to multitask within deadlines Organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical skills and data management skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet applications utilizing complex formulas Presentation and strong communication skills Discretion and maturity given the confidential personnel data being handled daily Natural curiosity, versatility and continuous improvement mindset Bonus Points Business writing ability and experience, as preferred means of internal communication of ideas, discussion, assessment and feedback Financial acumen, to support forecasting and financial modeling Knowledge of incentive plan structures (quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings) Experience in project management Experience within high-tech industry, SaaS business models & needs
