Role Overview ( TW E ngineering is a dedicated engineering organization for Coupang core business in Taiwan. The team has end-to-end ownership of the systems . We develop and maintain scalable and sustainable platforms to empower our business, work with local business stakeholders , and product team very closely to wow the customers and scale the business. As a TPM in TW Engineering team, you will Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the TW Engineering team Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of TW Engineering team Act as an internal accelerator within TW Engineering team to help implement new tools and processes. Work with internal stakeholders ( engineering , finance, legal, product teams) to drive scalable solutions and resolutions Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable scalability Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company Define metrics to measure the efficacy of internal resources and lead teams to improve metrics by making modification to current processes Define tech metrics and able to help team enhance engineering excellence Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements Basic Qualifications : Working efficiency in English 10+ years of industry experience (software development, qa, etc.); 5+ years of tech programs management experience Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to leadership Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights High standards and a bias toward action Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point BS degree in Computer Science related major Experience working closely with global distributed teams Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in eCommerce industry Details to Consider This job posting may be closed prior to the stated end date for application if all openings are filled. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
