About the Partner Marketing Team Senior Partner Marketing sits at the intersection of partnerships and demand generation. We turn Mixpanel's strategic, technology, and channel relationships into awareness, credibility, and pipeline, making sure every partner in the region has a marketing plan and a program behind it. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own co-marketing strategy and execution across Mixpanel's North America partner ecosystem. You'll decide which partner relationships deserve investment, build the programs behind them, and make the case for tradeoffs when priorities compete. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, North America, you'll work closely with Partnerships, NA sales, and the regional marketing team, and you'll represent the region's needs to the global partner marketing function. This role owns ambiguous, cross-functional problems: which partners to prioritize, how to localize global programs without losing what makes them work, and how to prove partner marketing's contribution to pipeline. Responsibilities Set the co-marketing strategy for Mixpanel's NA partner ecosystem, prioritizing partners and programs based on pipeline potential and sales priorities Plan and lead joint programs webinars, launches, content, and campaigns that drive mutual pipeline with partners Own the partner marketing calendar, aligning it with sales priorities and the broader NA campaign cadence Lead the creation of co-branded content and assets case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, and web presence in partnership with each partner Design and run field and event programs for key partners, including co-hosted events, joint sponsorships, and executive roundtables in target markets Act as the primary marketing point of contact for NA partners, building the kind of trust that makes them want to build with us again Localize global partner programs and assets for the region, then feed what's working (and what isn't) back to the global partner marketing team Own partner marketing reporting define the KPIs that matter, measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and adjust programs based on results We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience building co-marketing programs with technology partners and enabling channel or reseller partners in B2B SaaS A track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from idea to measurable pipeline impact The judgment to prioritize which partner relationships and programs are worth the investment, and to make that case to stakeholders Experience operating inside a matrixed, global marketing org — localizing global programs for a region while feeding learnings back to the global team Strong relationship-building instincts with both external partners and internal stakeholders across sales, partnerships, and marketing A data-driven approach to proving impact, with comfort speaking to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline Strong writing and content instincts, with experience drafting co-branded, partner-facing assets A collaborative, low-ego operating style — you earn trust through follow-through, not politics Based in or willing to work from our New York City or San Francisco hub Bonus Points For Experience localizing marketing programs across multiple regions or markets Familiarity with product analytics, developer tools, or technical B2B products Experience mentoring or informally guiding regional partner marketers on programs or best practices Established relationships with technology or channel partners in the product analytics or SaaS space Benefits and Perks Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care Mental Wellness Benefit Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays Enhanced Parental Leave Volunteer Time Off Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break *please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary* Culture Values Make Bold Bets: We choose courageous action over comfortable progress. In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
