Do you love shaping how games are seen by players worldwide? We're looking for a multidisciplinary graphic designer to join our Marketing Art Team and help craft the visuals that bring our games to millions of players. You're someone who enjoys working across a growing toolset, from graphic design and image compositing to motion, a bit of 3D, and the newest AI tools, to build cohesive visuals that communicate a clear message and perform in the real world. THE DIFFERENCE YOU’LL MAKE: This role comes with real ownership: you'll make creative and visual decisions that shape our campaigns and brand, keep cross-functional collaboration tight and goals clear, and hold the quality bar high while running several projects in parallel. The work you do here has a direct impact on how our marketing performs. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Create striking visuals across the full marketing mix, from social media content to app store assets, in-game event and campaign identities, and UA ads, in both static and motion formats. Turn creative and marketing briefs into high-quality designs and key art composites that stay true to the game's brand and capture the essence of a campaign at a glance. Balance creativity with data: Use creative testing and performance learnings from across our marketing disciplines to sharpen what resonates with players. Organize and take part in brainstorming sessions, shaping ideas and creative direction with the team. Own your projects, meet the deadlines, communicate any concerns as early as possible, identify potential risks early, and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Stay ahead of art, design, marketing, gaming, and tech trends, including how AI can push creative work further. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: Our Marketing Art Team is three crafts working side by side: Design, 3D, and Video. You'll anchor the graphic design side, report to the Design Team Lead, and collaborate closely with partners from Product Marketing, Community & Player Support, Social Media and User Acquisition teams. WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU: Are a Marketing Artist / Graphic Designer with a portfolio of complex, polished work - from branding to standout image-compositing pieces. Have a sharp eye for detail and a strong command of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling. Are advanced in Adobe Creative Suite skills, with real depth in Photoshop and Illustrator. Have solid motion graphics skills in After Effects. Have an ability to navigate 3D and Figma project files to locate, extract, or make minor adjustments to the assets you need. Are comfortable using AI tools in your creative process, and genuinely curious about where they're heading. Have a feel for performance creative - happy to let testing and data guide (not replace) your creative decisions. Are strategic, proactive, and self-driven. You make confident creative calls and manage several projects without dropping the quality bar. Have a genuine love of games and the craft of marketing art that reaches their players. BONUS POINTS: Advanced motion graphics skills. Experience creating key art and promotional illustrations for game campaigns. Experience with mobile gaming and performance-marketing principles. Hands-on 3D skills. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. The list above describes the person we're picturing, not a checklist you have to complete. If you're excited about the role and believe you'd thrive in it, we'd love to see your work. WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU, SO DON'T FORGET TO: Send us your portfolio featuring your best work, along with your CV. Make sure to include work across a variety of different art styles to showcase your versatility. In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
