About the Team The Ad Partner Solutions (APS) team at Roku is the critical bridge between our advertising technology platform and the ecosystem of partners that power advertiser success. We enable seamless integrations and partnerships with industry-leading platforms, ensuring that Roku's advertising solutions deliver best-in-class supply, execution, and optimization capabilities. We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services teams to drive partner adoption, resolve technical challenges, and unlock new revenue opportunities. What is the role? We are seeking an Ad Partner Solutions Manager to connect Roku's programmatic DSP and supply partnerships to specialized supply and data paths across our Political, Advocacy & Government and Commerce verticals. You will be the operational and strategic owner of these two programmatic paths — each requiring deep understanding of governance, measurement, and creative execution for their unique needs — while serving as the cross-functional connective tissue between partners and internal teams including product, engineering, legal, and marketing. Partner integration is the foundational technical anchor of this role — spanning SSP supply connections, programmatic deal configuration and health monitoring, Commerce API and retail media network audience ingestion, and Conversion API. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and strategic partner management — with deep programmatic supply path expertise, strong cross-functional instincts, and a genuine passion for building structured execution in complex, high-stakes environments. For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $139,900 - $157,800. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. How will I use AI at Roku? We value curious, adaptable builders who can show how they've used AI, agents, or automation to move faster, improve quality, and scale their impact. Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment.
