The Sales Ops Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MongoDB’s global Sales organization through operational excellence, data governance, project ownership, and process optimization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational workflows, driving cross-functional initiatives, providing actionable business insights, and resolving complex operational issues that impact sales productivity. Unlike entry-level operational support roles, Sales Ops Analysts are expected to independently manage medium-scale projects, perform root cause analysis, influence stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvements across sales processes, systems, and data management practices. MongoDB’s Sales Operations team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to ensure operational scalability and data-driven decision-making. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (cabs will be provided) You Will Have the Opportunity To Accelerate your career through exposure to world-class sales methodologies and operational best practices Own and manage operational workflows and medium-scale projects impacting global sales teams Partner with stakeholders across Sales, GTM Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Business Systems teams Develop expertise in CRM systems, sales processes, data governance, reporting, and automation Build analytical capabilities by transforming complex data into actionable business insights Drive process improvements that increase operational efficiency and sales productivity Gain exposure to strategic initiatives supporting a rapidly growing global SaaS organization Responsibilities Sales Operations & Process Ownership Own end-to-end operational processes to ensure data quality, governance, and process integrity across prospecting tools, lead management, account and territory management, and system audits Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring operational issues and implement sustainable solutions Identify risks, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Lead medium complexity projects and communicate project updates, insights, and process changes to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner Coordinate across Sales, GTM Operations, CRM, Deal Desk, and Business Systems teams to drive project execution Create business requirements documents, process documentation, implementation plans, and UAT test scenarios Analytics & Business Insights Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Develop actionable recommendations and business cases to support operational and sales decisions Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Sigma, Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or similar BI tools Automation & Continuous Improvement Develop SQL-based solutions and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and operational best practices Drive initiatives that improve team efficiency, data quality, and stakeholder experience Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics or related functions Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, sales cycles, territory management, and CRM best practices Hands-on experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool and a strong understanding of core objects including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Territories Experience managing operational workflows, projects, or process improvement initiatives Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and process automation Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
