THE WORK: Ripple is growing, and we're looking to hire an experienced Senior Sales Manager, based in London to cover the German and Austrian markets. This sales quota-carrying position is responsible for revenue generation through the direct sale of Ripple Products, including Custody, Payments and Stablecoin, to crypto natives and FinTechs. The ideal candidate lives and breathes customer centricity, is a sales hunter and has a passion for the digital asset industry. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody, Stablecoin and Payments, effectively communicating the value propositions to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives. Generate leads and secure sales bookings for Ripple products in Germany and Austria to achieve assigned sales quotas. Develop strategic plans and account tactics, guided by management, to nurture leads and foster relationships within assigned territories and accounts. Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients, driving engagement and interest. Facilitate the smooth progression of leads through the sales process, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and timely closure of deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline forecasts daily, ensuring timely and detailed reporting of sales activities and outcomes. German speaking is a must WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Bachelor’s degree preferred 8+ years experience in a consultative sales role in technology and/or Financial Services industry. 3+ years of experience in the Digital Assets and/or payments industry or a related field. Must have a proven track record of successful sales to Crypto-Natives and FinTechs. Extensive relationships and strong knowledge within the Financial Services and Digital Asset industry in Europe Ability and desire to manage a territory independently German speaking a must. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant industry tools.
