Learning Center Manager – Entry-Level Leadership Opportunity Location: 40083 Mission Blvd., Fremont, CA 94539 Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person Schedule: 35–40 hours/week, 48 weeks/year Pay: $30–$35/hour + Commission No previous management experience required. About the Role Are you a recent graduate or early in your career and looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, develop leadership skills, and take on meaningful responsibility? As a Learning Center Manager , you'll receive training and support to learn how to operate and grow a successful learning center. You'll work directly with students, families, tutors, and our HQ teams while gaining hands-on experience across business operations, customer experience, marketing, team leadership, and community engagement . You don't need to come in knowing how to manage a learning center. We're looking for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a leadership role. What You'll Learn & Do Grow Your Center & Community Learn about your local community, schools, students, and families Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners Help introduce Think Zone to more families through events, referrals, partnerships, and local outreach Support prospective families from their first trial class through enrollment Work with our Growth and Marketing teams to develop creative ideas for growing your center Manage Center Operations Learn how to manage the day-to-day operations of a learning center Coordinate class schedules, tutors, students, and center activities Create a welcoming and positive experience for students and families Build relationships with parents and regularly gather feedback Help monitor student progress and ensure families receive a high level of support Develop Your Leadership Skills Learn how to recruit, onboard, and support tutors with guidance from our HQ team Provide ongoing feedback and support to your center team Develop your communication, coaching, and people-management skills Help create a positive, energetic, and accountable center culture Build Something From the Ground Up Think Zone is growing, which means you'll have the opportunity to do more than simply follow an established routine. You'll work closely with our curriculum, operations, marketing, HR, and training teams to improve processes, test new ideas, and help shape how our learning centers operate as we expand. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are a recent graduate or early-career professional looking for your first leadership opportunity Enjoy working with children, families, and people Are outgoing, positive, and comfortable starting conversations with new people Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Enjoy solving problems and figuring things out Are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Are excited to learn about business operations, marketing, customer experience, and team management Want to build a long-term career in education, operations, or leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree required No previous management experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Based in the Bay Area and available for full-time, in-person work Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required Previous experience in education, tutoring, customer service, retail, sales, student organizations, internships, or team leadership is a plus — but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply. You'll receive structured training, mentorship, hands-on management experience, and clear performance benchmarks as you develop your skills and take on greater responsibility. As Think Zone continues expanding across the Bay Area, high-performing Center Managers will have opportunities to help launch additional locations and move into multi-center leadership roles.
