The Opportunity We are seeking a Global Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize the performance and productivity of our sales teams through effective tools, training, and strategic resources. This role is crucial for ensuring our sales professionals are proficient in using essential systems, possess advanced selling skills, and have access to high-quality sales collateral. You will be instrumental in identifying efficiency gains, delivering impactful training, and developing strategic GTM resources. If you are a hands-on expert passionate about driving sales excellence through process and skill development, this role is for you. What You’ll DoLead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs on core sales systems and tools, including Salesforce, GSuite, other tech stack applications, financial systems, and AI tools. Develop and deliver advanced sales skills training, covering areas such as negotiation, prospecting, objection handling, and effective communication through role-play and practical exercises. Create, manage, and update comprehensive sales collateral, including playbooks, battle cards, scripts, presentations, and product sheets, ensuring they are readily accessible and impactful. Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for sales teams, ensuring they are well-prepared for new product launches, campaigns, and market initiatives. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement within the sales cycle to enhance overall commercial efficiency. Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives and GTM strategies. Analyze sales performance metrics related to tool adoption and training effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Who You Are A highly analytical and process-oriented professional with a deep understanding of sales methodologies and technology. An experienced trainer and facilitator, capable of simplifying complex topics and driving practical application. Proactive and resourceful, always seeking ways to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. A strong collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and guide sales professionals. Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality, impactful enablement resources. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on systems, tools, and sales methodologies. Proven expertise in training on CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology platforms. Extensive experience in developing and delivering sales skills training programs. Track record of creating effective sales collateral (e.g., playbooks, battle cards, scripts). Strong understanding of GTM strategies and their execution within a sales context. Proficiency in English and strong analytical skills (e.g., using BI tools to analyze sales performance). Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma certification is a bonus).
