Job Summary HighRadius is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager - Cloud Engineering to oversee our regional infrastructure operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency through sophisticated cost optimization and leading a diverse team of engineers. You will focus on cross-training talent and standardizing tools across varied product lines to ensure a resilient, commercially optimized, and scalable cloud environment. As a key leader within M&A Engineering, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and financial stewardship. You will empower your team to transform operational challenges into standardized, highly reliable advantages, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across our AI-driven fintech platform. Key Responsibilities Multi-Product Team Management : Manage and cross-train a diverse team of engineers supporting multiple, distinct product lines and technology stacks. Ensure the team can effectively operate across varied environments while maintaining high performance. Operational Standardization : Drive the gradual movement toward standardized tooling and best practices across varied cloud environments. Infrastructure Cost Optimization : Analyze infrastructure spending across all assets to identify redundancies. Lead initiatives to consolidate cloud accounts, deprecate overlapping tools, and optimize overall infrastructure costs to maximize ROI. Technical Stewardship : Serve as a deep technical expert in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Oversee container orchestration and observability stacks to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive reliability. Crisis Leadership & Resilience : Act as the ultimate escalation point for major incidents. Foster a blameless post-mortem culture that focuses on architectural remediation rather than short-term fixes. GenAI Operations : Lead the strategy for scaling AI/ML workloads, optimizing GPU utilization, and leveraging AIOps to automate proactive system monitoring and incident response. Organizational Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class cloud engineering organization. Build a high-performance culture rooted in innovation, transparency, and pragmatic problem-solving. Required Experience & Technical Mastery Experience : 12+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 4+ years in a management role overseeing cloud engineering teams. Cloud Ecosystems : Deep mastery of AWS , Azure, or GCP. Proven track record of leading complex migrations from legacy on-prem (VMware/Hyper-V) to cloud-native architectures. Orchestration & Automation : Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and the CNCF landscape. Experience steering teams toward robust Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD best practices. Observability : Strategic experience implementing enterprise-grade observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to move from reactive monitoring to proactive insights. Security & Compliance : Strong background in DevSecOps, SOC2/ISO 27001 compliance, and building disaster recovery protocols for high-availability fintech environments. Education : B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
