Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in on-premise and online environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and enhancing CRM systems to meet evolving business needs. This position offers you the opportunity to work with public agency IT teams of Singapore and AvePoint R&D team to complete customer-related CRM project. What will you be doing: Set up and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise and online) environments, including system settings, security roles, and data integrations. Design and implement Dynamics 365 workflows, business rules, and process automation to support business requirements. Develop custom CRM plugins and perform form customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 SDK. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose CRM-based solutions, and support workshops and solution reviews. Work closely with remote R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related incidents and technical issues. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via WebAPI and SFTP, with considerations for authentication, authorization, and encryption. Utilize CI/CD pipelines and implement secure coding practices in CRM solution deployment. Experience and skills that we are looking for include: Experience 3-5 years Profile Proficient in Dynamics 365 CRM plugin development and form customization. Experience in configuring both on-premise and online Dynamics 365 workflows. Front-end development experience using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Solid database knowledge, including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with WebAPI standards, security protocols, and integration techniques. Experience in SFTP-based system integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in CRM environments. Proactive and self-motivated team player, capable of working independently and under tight timelines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
