About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments. Your role will focus on building and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions, enabling organisations to operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams. You will work closely with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to build, and roll out agentic capabilities that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and frameworks. What we are looking for in this person: Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level. Our Seniors typically have at least 8 years of commercial experience. Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks. Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies. Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making. Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources. Integrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications. The ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads. Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and direct iteration with users. Strong consulting experience to plan, execute, and deliver complex client engagements, solving real business problems. Technical Assessment (1 hour via Zoom) A live coding challenge with one of our trained interviewers. You'll be asked to build a working solution to a problem via screen sharing, demonstrating your Python expertise, problem-solving ability, and coding best practices in a real-time environment. Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins via Zoom) A conversation with a Hiring Manager focused on your approach to teamwork, client collaboration, and problem-solving in an enterprise development setting. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
