Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Nevada or New Mexico The Area Sales Director, Southwest leads the regional Enterprise sales strategy to drive new business growth and account expansion across the Southwest region (CA, AZ, NV, NM) of the United States. This People Leader manages a team of both tenured Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives in the region to strengthen the company's market presence through strategic vision and operational excellence. The mission focuses on achieving annual revenue targets while cultivating executive-level relationships with CISOs and C-suite stakeholders. Responsibilities: Execute a regional go-to-market strategy to achieve annual revenue targets through the management of data-driven KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting models. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account executives focused on high-value strategic accounts. Manage long-term relationships with C-suite executives and CISOs to secure new business and expand existing enterprise, commercial, and public-sector accounts. Direct regional channel and alliance partner collaborations to accelerate deal cycles and expand market reach. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in a regional sales leadership role within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud technology sectors. Documented track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets in high-growth territories. Proficiency in analytical pipeline management, territory planning, and data-driven sales forecasting. The ability to travel within the Southwest region for customer and partner engagement. Preferred Qualifications: Deep technical knowledge of enterprise security architectures, IT operations, or SaaS management solutions. Experience leading and managing distributed or remote sales teams.
