Get to Know Our Team This role is open across two of Agoda’s high-impact engineering teams — Display Marketing and Bidding Systems — both within the broader Performance Marketing organization. focused on building and improving large-scale systems that power performance marketing across global advertising channels, including Display Ads and App Install campaigns. Under Display App Marketing , our systems handle high-volume hotel feeds (price, availability, content), image processing for advertisements, advertising platform integrations (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), and data pipelines that support experimentation and optimization. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable engineering solutions, with strong exposure to marketing strategy, experimentation, and real business impact. The team is growing and evolving, giving you the opportunity to shape systems and ways of working end‑toend—from design and implementation to operational excellence at‑ global scale. The Bidding Systems team owns the API connectivity and systems that supports Agoda teams to advertise on paid channels. The team builds and operates scalable, reliable systems for reporting, campaign management and bid optimization—processing millions of requests per day. Engineers here work at the intersection of data engineering, and API connectivity with external advertising platforms, making latency, correctness, and scale first-class engineering concerns.
