Occupational Therapist – Transformation Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Transformation Team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to support service redesign and deliver high‑quality, strengths‑based assessments across adult social care. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake functional assessments to promote independence and wellbeing Support transformation and improvement initiatives within adult services Complete Care Act–compliant assessments and reviews Recommend equipment, adaptations, and reablement solutions Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies Contribute to efficient discharge planning and prevention of unnecessary care packages Benefits: Competitive rate of £32 per hour Opportunity to work within a progressive transformation team Supportive management and flexible working where possible Valuable experience within a high‑impact service area Essential Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Experience working within Adult Social Care Full UK driving licence Access to a vehicle Willingness to travel both inside and outside the council area as required Why Liquid Personnel?
