Here's who we're searching for: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field 5+ years (or equivalent) of experience building complex production applications. Strong experience with TypeScript, React , and modern software development practices. Ability to take ownership of a problem from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Have a rock-solid grasp of engineering fundamentals , such as data structures, algorithms, observability, concurrency, parallelization, architecture, and design patterns. Experience optimizing performance of complex applications where CPU, memory, rendering, networking, or concurrency can become bottlenecks. Love solving complex problems and are always eager to learn something new . Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly. Bring expertise in at least one of the following areas: Building robust, editor-type applications that handle complex state and user interactions. Working with geospatial data and modern mapping systems. Deep familiarity with 3D visualization libraries such as Three.js or DeckGL, or direct work with WebGL and WebGPU. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
