Job Title: Phlebotomists & HCAs with Phlebotomy Skills Location: Norwich Hourly Rate: £17.92 – £28.00 Are you an experienced Phlebotomist or HCA with strong phlebotomy skills? We’re looking for motivated clinicians who want flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the community. Enhanced Pay Rates We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments: £17.92 – £28.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used) Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care. What’s Great About This Role 1‑hour appointment slots, giving you maximum flexibility Choose as many sessions as you like — you're fully in control Simple, app‑based booking system to manage your schedule Opportunities to earn additional pay based on appointment type and complexity Key Requirements Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience Own vehicle and willingness to travel up to ~60 miles Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient focused approach Ability to work independently and manage your own workload To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have: A Certificate in Phlebotomy A minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood Excellent patient care skills Immediate Right to Work in the UK Please note: We are unable to support or accept applications from candidates who are residents within the Red or Amber list of the Code of Practice for the international recruitment of health and social care personnel in England, based on the WHO Workforce Support and Safeguard List.
