About the Opportunity Liquidity Platform provides cutting-edge technology that covers all aspects of crypto trading. We build low-latency connectivity to global crypto venues, including both CeFi and DeFi venues, strategy services for automated pricing and trading bots, high-frequency data capturing and analysis, and state-of-art micro frontend for trading management. On top of all these infrastructures, we build highly customized strategies to facilitate crypto liquidities. If you are a quantitatively-minded technologist who is passionate about crypto markets, understands the intricacies of cross-venue market making, and is excited about building profitable trading strategies, we should talk. We are looking for a Quant Developer for Liquidity Platform Delta One Strategy Engineering Team. During your tenure with us, you will be working at the intersection of quantitative research and software engineering, developing and implementing sophisticated market making strategies across multiple venues. You will demonstrate and develop professional capabilities in the following areas: quantitative modeling, risk management, market microstructure analysis, cross-venue arbitrage opportunities, and building robust automated trading systems. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement cross-venue market making strategies with a deep understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and execution optimization Design and implement quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and position sizing across multiple crypto venues Build low-latency trading systems in Rust that can execute strategies across CeFi and DeFi venues simultaneously What We Look For In You Deep understanding of market making concepts, including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order flow toxicity Experience with cross-venue trading strategies, arbitrage identification, and understanding of venue-specific market dynamics Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/UDP optimization, and WebSocket connections Proficiency in Rust programming language with focus on building high-performance trading systems Experience with market microstructure, order book dynamics, and high-frequency trading concepts Passion for trading and genuine interest in crypto markets Experience with backtesting frameworks and strategy simulation Nice to Have Previous experience in proprietary trading, market making, or quantitative research roles Experience with other trading-focused languages (C++ / Java / Python) Understanding of crypto-specific market dynamics, including funding rates, perpetual swaps, and basis trading Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowance Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process!
