About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support both customer-facing and internal business processes. You will be part of an agile engineering team working on enterprise-grade platforms used across regulated and high-impact environments. This role involves end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and hands-on development across the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Architecture Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where required. Build scalable and maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing. Apply best practices in Salesforce architecture, governor limits management, and performance optimization. Integration & Platform Services Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools. Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth-based integrations. Support event-driven and API-based integrations within enterprise environments. Quality, Security & Deployment Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce development standards. Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security. Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps platforms. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where applicable. The Ideal Candidate Has Preferably more than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience . Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration . Experience delivering solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform limits. Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems. Familiarity with Salesforce DX , Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II , Salesforce Administrator , or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly preferred. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
