Salary: £45,830 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus This is an excellent opportunity for experienced practitioners who are ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities while continuing to deliver high‑quality, strengths‑based social work. Responsibilities include: Providing a high‑quality resource of professional social work knowledge and expertise to Social Workers, supporting the team to deliver its core tasks to a consistently high standard Taking an active lead role in service and staff development, identifying areas for improvement, presenting action plans, and implementing changes to support optimal performance Encouraging positive practice through reflective supervision and professional guidance Actively promoting and supporting Social Work students and social work apprentices within the team Providing high‑quality formal and informal supervision to both qualified and unqualified staff Ensuring team performance and practice quality meet and maintain excellent standards, including developing tailored action plans for individual team members where required Continuing to deliver strengths‑based, person‑centred practice with adults, families, and carers This role is ideal for experienced practitioners who are ready to step into a leadership position while maintaining direct practice responsibilities. Requirements A recognised Social Work qualification Completed ASYE Active Social Work England registration A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Interested?
