Team Leader within Mental Health Services LOCATION: Wrexham PAY RATES: £16.50 per hour Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact. What You’ll Do Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers. Ensure delivery of person-centred care within supported living accommodation. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards. Promote independence and positive risk-taking for service users. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
