Locum Occupational Therapist Division: Medicine & Urgent Care – Therapies Contract: Locum Setting: Acute / Specialist Hospital Services Our client is seeking an experienced Locum Advanced Occupational Therapist to join their Medicine & Urgent Care Therapies team. This is an autonomous, senior clinical role within a specialist area, supporting the delivery of high-quality care to complex and acutely unwell patients. The Role: Provide advanced occupational therapy assessment and intervention to patients with complex needs, including neurological, respiratory, cognitive, and multi-pathology presentations Work autonomously while leading and supporting clinical activity within your specialist area Actively contribute to multidisciplinary working, ward rounds, and discharge planning Support service delivery using a continuous improvement approach Provide specialist advice, supervision, and training to therapy staff Requirements: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist Significant experience working at an advanced level in acute hospital settings Strong MDT working, clinical reasoning, and leadership skills Ability to manage complex caseloads independently Why Apply?
