Job Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to configure, maintain, support, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients. The successful candidate will serve as the first line of support for Salesforce-related issues, assisting users, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. They will also work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the Salesforce environment accordingly, and deliver enhancements that maximize business value. Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce. Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making. Administer user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility. Manage sandbox environments, support data imports/exports, and assist with data quality initiatives. Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Support end-users by providing training, documentation, and troubleshooting while serving as the primary representative for project-specific customer technical inquiries. Take ownership of issues through to resolution, ensuring adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times, and perform thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical problems. Collaborate with developers and external vendors to support integration and enhancement efforts, while managing and tracking change requests, bug fixes, system update deployments, and related documentation. Ensure configurations and changes align with best practices and comply with governance policies. Prepare statistical reports and present them effectively during weekly and monthly progress meetings with clients. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Preferably more than 1 year of experience in the IT industry managing large-scale application support, and a strong technical development background with experience across the full project lifecycle. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud). Experience creating workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools. Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards for various business functions. A highly energetic and motivated team player with strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactively customer-focused, and confident in engaging directly with clients and vendors, able to perform effectively under tight timelines and pressure while contributing to the digital transformation journey. Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard. Understanding of platform security and sharing models. Proficient in communicating with English both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus . Certifications: Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or any Consultant-level certifications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public sector or compliance-driven environments. Experienced in working on projects using the Agile methodology and leveraging CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of declarative tools such as Flow, Assignment Rules, and Omni-Channel Routing. Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration principles. Experience with change management, release planning, or DevOps tools for Salesforce. Experience in Software Development and Microsoft SQL Server will be an advantage.
