Job description Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules Implement Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirements Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout Requirements College or university graduate Basic understanding and some hands-on experience with Salesforce development. Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX. Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules. Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits. Familiarity with or exposure to Salesforce integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A strong desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. Basic spoken and written English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
