Social Worker - Cared for Children

An exciting new opportunity has come up to join my client based in the North East area. They are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Cared For Childrens team. This team works with children and young people who are currently in their care. Supporting children and their families who have a plan to live outside of family care. This is an exciting time to join this local authority as they are making a big shift to open up more permanent opportunities and with this comes career progression! Ideally you will have: Experience of working within cared for teams Proven track record of statutory social work experience Sound and robust legal framework knowledge Can manage your own caseload and have good communication skills SWE registered.
