Support Engineer (SharePoint Specialist) Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Specialist with SharePoint expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation, enhancement, and support of our SharePoint environments, helping to drive the success of our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for SharePoint environments, ensuring timely resolution of open tickets. Perform PowerShell scripting for system enhancements and automation tasks. Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to foster continuous learning. Manage in-house production incidents and problem management for SharePoint-related issues. Conduct data analysis on large datasets to support business performance reporting. Administer and manage SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online platforms, covering both frontend and backend operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft to address SharePoint-related requirements and challenges. Design, plan, and execute data migration processes from legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint 2019/Online. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in supporting and managing SharePoint environments. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
