We are looking for a creative and technically strong AI Content Creator (Contractor) to join Picsart's GenAI team. You will build and maintain Picsart's AI Preset and Creatives library, and produce the material that presents it: preset and creative families, promo and social video, before/after demos, landing-page visuals, launch assets and ad variants. Your work appears across the catalogs of different Picsart tools, on quick-action and effect pages, landing pages and other product surfaces, and on our social channels. The work spans text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video and video-to-video: stylised looks, avatars, motion, transitions and environmental effects. It combines creative craft with production discipline. Presets have to hold up across a wide range of user inputs, and the volume is high: you may move between a preset family, a launch video and a landing-page asset in the same week. You will work closely with Product, SEO, Growth and Engineering. Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role. How You'll Make an Impact Create AI presets and creatives across images, avatars, stylised looks, video effects, transitions, camera motions and environmental effects, built as coherent families within each category. Write structured, production-ready prompts with preservation constraints, and maintain reusable prompt frameworks for consistency, identity retention and output quality. Test new models and prototype visual directions to open up categories the library does not yet cover. Produce promo and social video for presets, effects and launches: short-form cuts, before/after reveals and trend-led pieces, adapted across formats and aspect ratios. Create supporting creative for product and marketing surfaces, including preset previews and covers, landing and effect page visuals, campaign and ad assets, and educational content. Run visual QA across a wide range of real user inputs, including different faces, skin tones, lighting conditions, aspect ratios and low-quality uploads, against documented quality standards. Maintain presets, metadata and taxonomy in the CMS, and work with SEO and Product to align the library with search intent and traffic themes. Share findings on model performance and library gaps with Product and Engineering. What You'll Bring A portfolio of AI-generated visual work: shipped presets, styles, campaigns, social content or creative experiments, across image and video. Hands-on experience across multiple generative image and video models, and a practical understanding of how they differ. Command of visual fundamentals: lighting, composition, framing, colour, character design and stylisation. Experience writing detailed, structured prompts with preservation constraints, and iterating them until results are reliable rather than occasional. Short-form editing ability: cutting, pacing, sound, captions and resizing. Working knowledge of what performs on social, including hooks, pacing, formats and platform conventions. An eye for output defects such as artefacts, identity drift, hand and text errors, and over-smoothing. The range and speed to work across presets, video and marketing assets in parallel. Fluency in English. Good To Have Background in visual effects, illustration, concept art, motion design, retouching or photography. Familiarity with product and UX workflows, and with SEO-driven creative content. Experience with CMS-driven content systems, presets, filters or creative libraries. Understanding of VFX, camera motion presets and dynamic composition. ComfyUI or node-based generative pipelines, and LoRA training or fine-tuning for style consistency. A public presence as an AI creator. #LI-NA1 #LI-MS1 What we seek and value most in our candidates Professionalism in both soft and hard skills; motivation to grow, learn and share, positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership and the most important - passion and commitment.
