Purpose of Position CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our global Product Development team. Reporting to the Senior Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new products from concept through mass production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, coordinate with manufacturers, and ensure all products meet functional, aesthetic, and quality standards. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation, optimize product performance through data-driven insights, and deliver high-quality, market-ready products. Job Descriptions Lead the design and development of new products from concept through production. Collaborate with PD managers to define product specifications and requirements, and coordinate with manufacturers to deliver MP-ready products. Review trial samples to ensure they meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Prepare presentations to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analyze product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Requirement 5+ years of experience in product engineering or related roles. Experience in toy and tech accessory product engineering is desirable, including familiarity with plastic injection molding (PC, ABS, Nylon), silicone, resin, PVC, and vinyl. Knowledge of metal die-casting and CNC machining is also highly valued. Strong 3D drawing and product development skills, complemented by analytical and critical thinking. Solid understanding of engineering principles and product development processes. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools, with SolidWorks being a plus. Experience with product rendering software, preferably KeyShot. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
