The Staff Business Systems Analyst is a Salesforce-centric role with broad exposure to the platforms that power a modern insurance company. You'll be the go-to expert for complex CRM challenges, a trusted partner to business stakeholders across sales, service, and operations, and a collaborative teammate who makes the people around you more effective. The split is roughly 60% hands-on platform work and 40% stakeholder engagement—we need someone who's excellent at both. How You’ll Do It Salesforce Platform Ownership Administer, configure, and develop solutions across our Salesforce environment. Maintain and evolve a mature Sales Cloud foundation with strong pipeline instrumentation. Help architect and scale an emerging Service Cloud landscape. Provide end-to-end platform support, including: User support Data quality management Complex automation Custom development Cross-Platform Integration Partner across systems that integrate with Salesforce, including: Zuora (billing and payments) Workato (integrations) Sage Intacct (ERP) Marketing Cloud Snowflake EDW Understand and monitor how data flows between systems. Troubleshoot integration and data sync issues when they arise. Stakeholder Partnership Translate business needs into technical solutions. Translate technical constraints into clear business terms. Partner directly with key stakeholders, including: Sales leadership Service operations Finance Other cross-functional teams Build credibility and drive adoption through strong relationships and consistent follow-through. Requirements and Documentation Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities. Create clear specifications that internal or external developers can execute against. Maintain durable documentation that supports future teammates and long-term platform scalability. Team Collaboration Work alongside our Zuora BSA and collaborate with contractors supporting the broader platform ecosystem. Share knowledge and best practices across the team. Provide guidance to less experienced team members. Contribute to a collaborative team culture as the team grows and scales. The Right Stuff High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, or a related field. 5+ years experience in Salesforce across multiple orgs, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud. Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I required; Advanced Administrator preferred. Experience in billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools. The use of AI in Application Review: To support a fair, efficient, and consistent hiring process, we use AI-powered tools to assist in the initial screening of applications. These tools help us identify qualifications and prior work experiences that align with the requirements of the role. We may also use AI assistant video tools during interviews to support note-taking and candidate evaluation. All AI-powered outputs are still subject to human oversight and decision-making at multiple stages of the process.
