Social Worker – Referral and Assessment

You will ensure that vulnerable children and young people receive services that reflect the Council’s strong commitment to safeguarding and to supporting meaningful transitions into young adulthood. You will work directly with children and young people to understand their lived experiences, wishes, and feelings, using a variety of engagement techniques. You will use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions with children and their families.
