The Opportunity As Product Marketing & Enablement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping Orennia bring its products to market and accelerate commercial growth. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Research, and Revenue, you'll ensure our client-facing teams have the insights, messaging, and tools they need to confidently position our platform and win business. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends market intelligence, product marketing, and sales enablement. You'll research emerging markets, customer segments, competitive trends, and industry developments, then translate those insights into compelling messaging, go-to-market strategies, and practical resources that drive revenue. Success in this role requires more than conducting research- you'll connect the dots between market opportunities and commercial execution, turning complex product capabilities into clear customer value propositions and equipping our teams with the training, content, and resources they need to succeed. What You’ll Do Partner with Product, Analysts, and Commercial teams to develop a deep understanding of Orennia’s products, roadmap, and market differentiation. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target buyers. Identify growth opportunities across existing and adjacent markets, customer segments, use cases, and geographies, with a focus on North America and the UK. Conduct market and competitive research to uncover customer needs, industry trends, policy developments, and emerging opportunities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, markets, and customer segments. Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, content, and product launch communications across channels. Create sales enablement resources, including playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and segment-specific materials. Analyze customer interactions, call insights, win/loss feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve messaging and sales effectiveness. Lead product launch readiness initiatives by ensuring Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams are trained, informed, and equipped for successful market adoption. Support UK market expansion by developing localized positioning, sales tools, target account strategies, and market insights tailored to regional buyer needs and regulatory dynamics. Who You Are You have 5+ years of experience across Product Marketing and Sales Enablement with a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field. You can demonstrate your successes in launching and enabling new products, driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing differentiated messaging and positioning, and translating market insights into effective go-to-market strategies. You are a strong communicator with exceptional writing skills. You bring strong interpersonal and excel at collaboration. You are highly organized and have strong attention to detail. You have experience using a variety of software platforms across the tech stack and are comfortable utilizing them and gathering information from them: CRM, call intelligence, marketing automation, survey tools, visual collaboration tools, design tools, LLMs. You are actively identifying opportunities to improve things and are a creative problem solver, keen to dig in and figure things out. You have a keen interest in the energy transition. You are excited about working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and embracing change and ambiguity. You hold Canadian citizenship, Permanent Residency, or refugee status and have the ability to travel internationally to manage events abroad.
