We are currently growing rapidly and have several Lead Analysts roles available in various teams: Delivery, PyME Origination, Mobile App/Payments, Credit Products, X-Sell. We are at the beginning of our journey, building a new bank in LatAm from scratch. This is a unique moment to join a high-growth environment where you can build new processes and define the analytical roadmap for years to come. Challenges that await you: Take ownership of the analytical infrastructure or your product Be responsible for the product's performance and key metrics Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring key decisions are based on deep research Design and scale operational processes, CJM, and conversion funnels to improve both customer experience and business efficiency Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize rules, and enhance model performance across various domains Hire, mentor, and lead a team of analysts, establishing effective sprint planning and team processes What makes you a great fit: A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.) Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking Advanced SQL skills are a must; Python or R is a significant plus for complex research Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community Our ways of working: Innovative Spirit: a team from the best technical universities Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances Our benefits: Relocation support to Mexico with full visa & permit support to the employee and family Flexible work from our office in Mexico (preferred) or remote Healthcare Coverage Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements Vacation policy: 20 working days of annual leave and paid sick leave
