A day in the life: You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. A successful candidate is a strong cross-channel marketer and communicator who can confidently translate data into insights, guide internal teams, and build trust with clients. This is a critical role in ensuring accounts are not only running efficiently, but driving meaningful business impact. As an Associate Account Director (AAD), you will act as the day-to-day strategic lead for Fashion clients, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned to revenue growth driven by creative performance, customer acquisition efficiency, and retention—not just channel outputs. You will work closely with client teams across marketing, merchandising, and creative, helping balance creative velocity, paid media performance, and seasonal campaign planning. This role requires comfort discussing audience strategy, creative testing, influencer programs, and lifecycle performance. You’ll partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track, while collaborating with the Account Director to refine quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.
