About the Role As a Verkada Field Marketing Manager you are an essential part of the Japan marketing and regional field sales organization. You will define the solutions focus areas, strategic direction and marketing and demand generation needs to create pipeline. You will work with partners to develop a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise. And you will drive and insure customer success, engagement and loyalty in key accounts across your region. What You'll Do Act as the local representative for marketing in your region Work with your Growth lead to develop and plan the overall regional marketing plan to meet customer, demand generation, growth, and revenue objectives for your region. This involves collaborating with sales, external influencers, channel partners, the JAPAC Demand Gen Hub, and your marketing peers. Execute best-in-class region and local language campaigns, both direct and with partners. This includes thought leadership, trade shows, lunch & learns, technical hands-on workshops, roundtables, webinars, top account marketing, and other tactics as appropriate. Execute account based marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how they can execute program elements on their own Drive local, high touch, thought leadership and customer executive collaboration and community on the topic of physical security and the cloud. Advise the corporate and in theatre demand generation hub as they develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns Work with top partners to develop their overall marketing and customer engagement approach Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales. What You Bring Minimum of 4-5+ years of field marketing and demand generation experience in B2B with a fast growing tech company. Communication skills: Native-level Japanese; business-level English Proven ability to act as an advisor and peer with sales leadership Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs.
