As a Junior IT Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring first-line IT support via Jira Service Desk and Slack, as well as in person. You will onboard and off board employees (accounts, hardware, access), troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and manage IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle. A working knowledge of computers and IT is required, as you’ll work across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 suite, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, federated identity management systems (Entra ID), Mobile Device Management systems and so on. Collaboration is crucial as this role requires you to work closely with Engineering, People, and Security teams on cross-team initiatives. This position requires a combination of IT skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams on a daily basis: Ensure the IT warehouse and tech stock are cleaned out and restructured Prepare and run registration, installation and maintenance of laptops and office IT systems Adapt and function in an AI-first environment with modern technology and a varied body of work Monitor and ensure that the hardware inventory is up to date and verified Maintain accurate documentation of IT solutions and documented knowledge base This role is in Tallinn, and Estonian language proficiency is highly desirable. What would ensure success in this role? Success in this role is determined by IT expertise, process optimisation, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience working with Jira and other SaaS (Software as a Service) products Strong skills in IT Ability to adapt to changing priorities and system requirements Experience with multiple operating systems and computers Ability to collaborate and coordinate efficiently What can you expect at Bondora?
