General: Responsibilities SDLC & Backlog Management: Plan, estimate, and execute Business Analysis activities. Drive rigorous prioritization of the backlog to keep Delivery Pods supplied with code-ready requirements. Process Architecture: Define information architecture to ensure all logic is traceable and testable from ideation through to UAT. Workshop Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, challenge the status quo, and identify logic optimization opportunities. Change Management: Manage deviations from legacy logic, ensuring all changes are documented, approved, and communicated. Client Consulting Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5+ years in automation, Business Analysis or Consulting roles. Migration Fluency: Specific exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism is non-negotiable for this role. Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, creatively, and outside the box to adapt to client culture. Communication: Exceptional communicator, able to explain complex ideas simply and structured, bridging the gap between technical constraints and business expectations. Process Modelling: Solid experience in UML/BPMN and documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD). Nice to have UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA). Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP). Exposure to AI, IDP, Process Mining (Celonis).
