Commercial / Sales Associate - (Contract Position) Fever is looking for a Commercial / Sales Associate for the launch of our newest immersive experience in Singapore. About the Experience BuzzAttack is the ultimate immersive experience where players step into the spotlight of an authentic American-style TV game show. We combine the thrill of classic formats like Jeopardy!, Wheel of Fortune, and Waypout into a high-energy, interactive format. Designed around a central game wheel with individual podiums for each participant. The aesthetic features premium high-gloss finishes, lacquered surfaces and mirrored surfaces to create a high-end broadcast atmosphere. About the Role As Commercial / Sales Associate for Fever Originals in Southeast Asia, you will be part of the team driving the B2B area focused on special events, group bookings, and private experiences. You’ll manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, handle customer calls, close deals for birthday celebrations and corporate or private events, and support the reporting and analysis of customer feedback.This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-oriented individual who enjoys relationship building, has a commercial mindset, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for this role. Outreach to local groups (local hotels, schools, universities, large companies, etc.) to drum up sales, for additional sales opportunities. Manage B2B sales inquiries (both inbound and outbound) for Fever Originals in Southeast Asia. Handle customer calls and emails, from first contact to booking confirmation. Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations. Provide personalized customer care, ensuring every interaction reflects Fever’s high service standards. Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management. Support reporting processes and help structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align communication and optimize visitor satisfaction. Assume the role of a Fever brand ambassador; you are a representative of the company and should be serving and communicating the values of the company. Proactively communicate any challenges, opportunities, and suggestions to the Fever producer team for consideration and/or appropriate action. About You 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback. Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios.
