Cymulate is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across the West and Mid US markets. In this strategic role, you will lead a dedicated team of up to 5 sales professionals and take full ownership of driving net-new ARR, expanding our enterprise customer base, and capturing market share in the exposure management and security validation space. Key Responsibilities Accelerate ARR: Drive and exceed regional net-new ARR targets through strategic market penetration. Hands-on Leadership: Manage, coach, and actively support your team to consistently hit and exceed their individual quotas. Pipeline Ownership: Oversee regional pipeline health by ensuring the team actively self-generates prospects while maintaining strong execution across enterprise deal cycles. Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven go-to-market strategy specifically tailored for the West and Mid-US regions. Requirements Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Extensive sales experience within the cybersecurity sector - ideally with exposure to BAS (Breach & Attack Simulation), SecOps, Vulnerability Management, or CTEM. Proven Sales Leadership: A successful track record of managing a team, collectively managing a portfolio of $6M+ ARR. Performance Excellence: High-energy professional with a proven history of consistently overachieving individual and team quotas Startup/Scaleup Drive: High motivation to self-source enterprise opportunities, build net-new pipeline, and scale an established territory from a growth-stage foundation. Base salary pay range for this role is between $150,000 - $225,000 to commensurate with experience.
