What You'll Be Doing We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our ROW sales organization. This role owns the sales strategy, manages a high-performing team of Account Executives, and works closely with founders and engineering leadership to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Develop and execute the ROW sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand EMEA market reach. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives. Own strategic enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing complex deals. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients. Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and iterate on processes to maximize efficiency. What You'll Bring 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud-native, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies. 2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale revenue across diverse enterprise accounts. Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, with Kubernetes preferred, and experience selling to technical audiences (DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers). Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals, consistently overachieving targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at the executive level. Data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance management. Experience building and leveraging a modern sales tech stack to drive efficiency and accountability. Ability to travel as required for high-touch client engagements. Strategic mindset with strong judgment, creativity, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
