Token Security is building the identity platform for agentic AI. We believe the cybersecurity industry is taking the wrong approach to securing AI agents. While most vendors focus on what AI agents say (prompt filtering and output guardrails), the real risk is what AI agents do . Identity is the only control plane that successfully secures and governs agentic AI. We discover every AI agent and non-human identity across the enterprise, enforce ownership, control access dynamically based on intent, and govern the full identity lifecycle. We're early-stage, well-funded, and creating a new category at the intersection of identity security and agentic AI. This is a defining moment in cybersecurity, and you'll help shape how the market thinks about it. About the Role We're looking for a technically-minded GTM professional ready to take their next step. As a Go-to-Market Engineer on our marketing team, you'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and engineering, building the tools, automations, and infrastructure that power how we identify, reach, and engage the right buyers at the right time. Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Gen, you'll bring hands-on experience from a GTM or operations environment and use it to drive meaningful improvements in how we operate, scale, and win. With a strong sales mindset, you'll leverage the latest tools and AI techniques to build, operate, and optimize a cutting-edge demand generation and prospecting motion that connects with leads when they're most ready to engage. You will define what AI-native GTM looks like at Token. You’ll build agents and workflows that enrich, personalize, and route, using Claude, Clay (future), and the rest of a modern GTM stack. You’ll use data-driven insights and modern automation to build precision targeting systems that fuel pipeline and revenue growth. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain the technical systems that support our demand generation motion — including CRM architecture, data pipelines, audience segmentation, and revenue operations tooling Build automations that eliminate manual work across sales and marketing workflows, enabling the team to reach the right prospects at the right time Analyze buyer intent signals across multiple tools to identify high-intent prospects and optimize cross-departmental follow-up and response times Partner with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeting strategies that improve conversion velocity and pipeline quality Own integrations between GTM tools (CRM, MAP, enrichment, intent platforms, sequencing, analytics) and ensure data integrity across the stack Develop data models and dashboards that inform demand generation strategy and uncover new market opportunities What We're Looking For +5 years of experience in a GTM engineering, revenue/marketing operations, demand generation, sales engineering, or closely related technical role Hands-on experience connecting and automating GTM tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, or similar platforms Familiarity with intent data and enrichment platforms Solid understanding of the B2B sales and marketing cycle and how technical and operational decisions affect revenue A sales mindset with the ability to think like a marketer and seller — focused on reaching the right people with the right message Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between commercial teams Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with some ambiguity Experience working in a remote heavy, international team Nice to Have Ability to write and maintain code or scripts to automate workflows and build integrations (Python, JavaScript, or similar) Familiarity with API design and webhook-based integrations Exposure to solutions or sales engineering in a customer-facing capacity Experience with demand generation platforms or account-based marketing (ABM) tools Track record of building systems that directly influenced pipeline or revenue outcomes Experience building GTM systems for a cybersecurity, identity, or other B2B software company Why This Role You'll have real ownership over the systems and tools that drive growth for our demand generation engine — not just maintaining them, but actively improving them and directly impacting our ability to reach high-value prospects. This is a role for someone who has learned the fundamentals and is ready to lead initiatives, build from scratch, and shape how a modern demand generation org operates. You will have the freedom and flexibility to build a cutting-edge, AI-driven demand generation motion that directly powers the sales pipeline and revenue growth.

Here's how to pick the right one and stand out in your application.

144.883Jobs

That number is real. WorkMundi's database shows 144,883 open engineer roles across the world. India has the most with 31,687 jobs, followed by the United States with 30,084. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
