Manager, Sales Job’s mission As a Manager II, Sales at ASM in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve as a key commercial partner for strategic semiconductor customers, with a strong focus on supporting TSMC operations. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving account growth, managing customer relationships, and aligning closely with service and internal teams to ensure successful execution of both system and service business. You will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, influencing long-term account strategies, and ensuring ASM delivers value across high-volume manufacturing environments. This is an opportunity to leverage your sales expertise within a fast-paced, highly technical semiconductor ecosystem. What you will be working on Serve as the primary account point of contact, partnering closely with service teams to support customer needs and strengthen relationships Develop and execute account strategies to drive system and service revenue growth within assigned semiconductor customers Maintain accurate sales forecasts and support demand planning in collaboration with operations and manufacturing teams Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely system shipments and customer fulfillment Manage commercial discussions and support resolution of high-level customer escalations Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, operations, and procurement teams Monitor customer roadmaps, fab expansions, and capital investment trends to identify growth opportunities Gather and synthesize market and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 6–7 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience Semiconductor industry experience preferred, including equipment or materials/chemical supplier environments Experience supporting or working with TSMC or similar advanced semiconductor manufacturers Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage global stakeholders Proven ability to manage customer relationships, influence decisions, and drive commercial outcomes Self-motivated with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment What sets you apart Direct experience working with TSMC in Phoenix or supporting U.S.-based semiconductor fabs Background in chemical suppliers or semiconductor materials sales Experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related high-tech industries Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals Ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments and communicate with executive-level stakeholders Experience collaborating closely with field service or technical teams to deliver customer success Apply today to be part of what’s next.
