We empower global teams to build sustainable, high-performance data centers. Our Taiwan team will drive the next generation of DLC projects. What impact you will have You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and validating electrical systems that power and control our DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) products. This includes working on power distribution, control logic, sensors, and system integration to ensure our cooling solutions are safe, efficient, and production-ready. What you’ll do Design and develop electrical and control systems for DLC hardware, including power delivery, sensor networks, and communication interfaces. Create PCB schematics, wiring harnesses, and electrical layouts for prototypes and production units. Integrate electrical and control subsystems with mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems. Develop and execute electrical validation, reliability, and safety tests. Support system bring-up, troubleshooting, and design optimization during prototype and pilot builds. Ensure compliance with relevant standards (UL, CE, IEC, etc.) and internal quality/safety protocols. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and thermal engineering). Work with suppliers and fabrication partners to specify components and resolve manufacturing issues. Contribute to documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports. What you’ll need Bachelor’s (or higher) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. 3+ years of experience in electrical system or PCB design, preferably for industrial, server, or data center hardware. Strong understanding of low-voltage power systems, grounding, and protection circuits. Experience with PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and electrical design documentation. Hands-on experience with sensors, control logic, and signal conditioning. Ability to design and troubleshoot circuits using lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc.). Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, Modbus, CAN, RS485, etc.). Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Our job titles may span more than one job level. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
