By joining our Engineering team, you won't just be a tester — you'll be at the heart of quality for complex AI systems , working hand in hand with our research team . That's rare. That's exciting. And that's what we offer. As a Senior QA Engineer , you will play a key role in the reliability and robustness of our AI/ML-based identity verification services. You will work day-to-day alongside our data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to design test strategies that match the complexity of our systems. This role is also central to our delivery chain: you will be a key player in our CI/CD pipeline , ensuring every release is production-ready. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automated tests in Python Debug complex components related to AI/ML models and distributed architectures Own and improve our CI/CD pipeline (GitLab CI): test integration, deployment management, and continuous improvement Work closely with the R&D team to anticipate quality risks from the design stage Identify, document, and track bugs throughout their full lifecycle Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to high-quality releases Share best practices and raise the QA bar across teams Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in QA and test automation on complex systems Strong hands-on skills in Python for automation (pytest, Locust, etc.) Experience working with AI/ML systems (model testing, data pipeline validation, etc.) Solid expertise in CI/CD : building, maintaining, and improving pipelines (GitLab CI or equivalent) Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar) Ability to dive deep into complex code to find the root cause of a bug — you don't wait to be guided, you dig in Autonomous, analytical mindset with a taste for technically demanding environments Fluent English and French (written and spoken) What you get : A privileged collaboration with a world-class research team A stimulating technical environment: AI, image processing, anti-fraud Real impact on products used at a European scale An engineering culture that values autonomy and skills development Perks & Benefits Health & Wellbeing: Use your full access to the mental health platform nilo , including 1on1 sessions. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
