Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to our growing team and business in LATAM. This role will report to the Sales development Manager. The BDR is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound calls and campaigns, and working closely with the LATAM team marketing, channel, and sales teams to convert prospects into customers. Role Value: Primary responsibility is to support the LATAM sales team in generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into target accounts. Qualifying inbound prospects by educating them on solutions, answering questions, and determining how they move through the sales funnel. Engage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, supporting the sales team in moving leads through the sales pipeline. Helping to expand within existing customer campaigns through list building and outbound campaigns. Example Responsibilities: Strategic Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline based on deep industry knowledge. Multichannel Outreach: Create personalized sequences via Outreach using a mix of video, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to ensure they match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before hand-off. Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Account Executives by providing detailed prospect intelligence to ensure productive follow-up meetings. Marketing Synergy: Support campaign execution and promote special events, webinars, and content to drive demand. Prospect Reactivation: Perform consistent follow-ups to re-engage unresponsive leads and identify new business needs. Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate lead data and detailed activity logs within Salesforce CRM to ensure pipeline integrity. Brand Awareness: Actively promote blog posts, press releases, and special projects to increase market visibility. Experience and Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of B2B experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong work ethic with a desire to grow professionally. Intellectually curious and driven by a desire to explore, ask questions, and understand their work more deeply. Working knowledge of the enterprise software market. Strong communication skills via phone and email; comfortable making cold calls. Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques (e.g., personalized videos, social Outreach, etc.) Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and list building (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Great to Have Experience and Qualifications: Experience using Outreach, Salesforce.com, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience or knowledge in KYC, AML, and Compliance would be a plus. Career Progression: This position offers many opportunities to learn and gain experience in the field. After gaining a good understanding of the role, there are several ways to progress to other roles such as Account Executive, Account Management, or Marketing roles.
