Who We Are Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster. Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year-old C++ code or cutting-edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures. Sound interesting? Let’s talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation! How You'll Make an Impact As an IT Engineer at Endor Labs, you’ll help build and maintain a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience for our employees. You’ll own day-to-day IT operations across endpoints, identity and access, business applications, networking, and office technology while helping us scale our IT environment as the company grows. Own employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, configuration, deployment, and access provisioning. Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows environments and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues. Manage and secure corporate endpoints using MDM and security platforms such as Jamf and CrowdStrike. Manage software deployment, security updates, patching, device compliance, and endpoint configuration. Manage user accounts, SSO, and access to corporate applications and SaaS platforms. Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related infrastructure. Support business applications and office technology, including Zoom and conference room A/V systems. Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, and device lifecycle. Build and improve IT processes, documentation, and automation to make IT operations more scalable and efficient. Partner with security and other teams to maintain a strong IT security and compliance posture. What You Bring to the Table If you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with users, and building reliable IT systems in a fast-moving technology environment, we would love to talk to you! 4+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company. 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including MDM and device management tools such as Jamf. Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and common networking issues. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi. Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and SaaS administration using platforms such as Google Workspace or Okta. Experience managing business applications and tools such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Jira, and Confluence. Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike and a good understanding of security best practices. Experience supporting video conferencing and office A/V technologies such as Zoom. Experience with IT security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2, is preferred. Familiarity with scripting using Bash, Python, or similar technologies for automating routine IT tasks is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to IT support. Strong ownership, troubleshooting, prioritization, and follow-through skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Why Endor Labs We’re building at the intersection of developer productivity and security — one of the fastest-growing spaces in software. Our dev-loved platform has real ROI, strong momentum, and customers who care about doing things right. At Endor Labs, we think big, start small, and learn fast. We take ownership, move with purpose, and always start with the customer’s success. We debate with data, make the complex simple, and challenge each other with kindness and candor. We celebrate wins, learn from misses, and have fun along the way — because when our customers win, we all win. Endor Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment, and we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences. Even if you don't fit every requirement above, we encourage all talented individuals to apply—there's no one-size-fits-all here.

Here's how to pick the right one and stand out in your application.

144.883Jobs

That number is real. WorkMundi's database shows 144,883 open engineer roles across the world. India has the most with 31,687 jobs, followed by the United States with 30,084. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
