Roles and Responsibilities Own and execute GTM launches for upcoming Cross Border products, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Sales, and Design. Drive funnel acquisition strategy — plan and run campaigns across channels to generate quality leads and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion. Continuously identify and fix drop-offs across the acquisition funnel using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Build and curate a community of cross-border exporters through events, content, forums, and partnerships that drive engagement, advocacy, and organic growth. Partner with Product and Business teams to translate customer insights into sharper positioning, campaign ideas, and community programming. Track, report, and present marketing performance metrics (launch impact, funnel conversion, community growth) to leadership on a regular cadence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, Content) to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience across touchpoints. What We Are Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation roles in B2B SaaS or Fintech. • Proven experience planning and executing GTM launches for new products or features. Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and experience optimizing customer journeys to improve conversion. Experience building or managing communities, forums, or customer advocacy programs. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and dashboards to guide decisions. Strong storytelling, content, and stakeholder communication skills. Eagerness to leverage AI to optimize workflows, campaigns, and data-driven insights. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high sense of ownership. Nice to Have Experience working in a fintech, payments, or cross-border trade company. Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, or BI tools to pull and analyze marketing data. Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools. MBA or background in marketing, business, or economics.
