The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more. About the Role The majority of Fireblocks customers consume our APIs to build products on top of the platform, and that share has grown substantially over the past years and continues to grow steadily. Developers are the most strategically important customer segment we have, and this role owns how they experience Fireblocks: defining what it means to build on our platform, making our APIs and infrastructure something developers choose and trust, and closing the gap between what we've built and the potential it represents. This role is central to how Fireblocks grows as a platform business. What You'll Own The developer platform product area end to end, from the tools developers use to discover and test our APIs to the reliability of the infrastructure their integrations depend on The developer experience: what it feels like to build on Fireblocks, where the friction is, and how we close the gap The developer persona inside Platform, carrying it into roadmap decisions, cross-functional planning, and conversations with customers The quality bar for API contracts and developer-facing surfaces across Fireblocks What the Work Actually Looks Like Talking to developers to understand their real business problems, then translating those into product decisions rather than feature requests Deciding what to build, what to defer, and why, across a product area where the right trade-off isn't always obvious Defining the problem clearly enough that the solution has a chance of actually working: writing specs, challenging assumptions, and pressure-testing ideas with engineering and design before anything gets built Tracking whether what shipped solved the problem, and being honest when it didn't Required Qualifications You've written production code, and you actively use that background when making product decisions: reviewing API designs, identifying what makes an integration painful, and knowing when something is being built the wrong way 5+ years of PM experience owning a developer-facing or platform product area, not individual features within one Nice to Have Experience in fintech, crypto, or digital asset infrastructure Prior work on PLG or self-serve developer journeys Diversity Statement Fireblocks strongly believes our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms. Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms. 24,795 developer jobs are open right now

Here's where they are and how to stand out in your next interview.

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.

Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.

The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.

In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
