Technical Program Manager

Your Team: Little Thinking Minds powered by Seesaw is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Jordan. As our MENA organization evolves toward a pod-based operating model, the TPM plays a critical role in connecting the work happening across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Content, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. You’ll sit at the center of how work gets done across our MENA organization, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and other cross-functional leaders to help teams turn priorities into coordinated, predictable execution. While Product owns what we build and why, and Engineering owns how we build it technically, you’ll focus on how work flows across teams , ensuring dependencies are understood, risks and blockers are addressed, and everyone has clear visibility into progress. This is an important time for Little Thinking Minds and our broader MENA organization as we continue to evolve how our teams work together and strengthen the connection between our regional teams and global Seesaw teams. Your Role: This is a role for a Technical Program Manager who enjoys bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional work, connecting teams, and helping strategic initiatives move from priorities to predictable execution. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Content, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and continuously improve how work gets delivered across our MENA organization. Your Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic and technical initiatives across multiple teams, from planning and requirements through execution, release, and reporting. Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and release schedules while providing clear visibility into overall execution health. Coordinate closely across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Content, and business teams to keep priorities aligned and work moving forward. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers, proactively driving resolution or escalating issues when needed. Facilitate effective planning and delivery practices across teams, including Agile ceremonies and other working cadences that support transparent and predictable execution. Coordinate complex initiatives that span multiple teams, stakeholders, and priorities. Establish and continuously improve delivery practices, including planning, risk management, release readiness, and reporting. Prepare clear delivery updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting that communicate progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, and delivery confidence. Serve as a central point of coordination for strategic initiatives across Little Thinking Minds, the broader MENA organization, and global Seesaw stakeholders. Use delivery data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve planning accuracy, and increase execution efficiency and predictability. Partner with leaders and teams to continuously improve how we plan, communicate, and deliver work. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, delivery management, or a similar role , ideally within a software, technology, or digital product environment. Hands-on experience managing projects or programs from planning through execution and release , including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting. Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery, align priorities, and resolve blockers. Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices , with experience participating in or facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, or similar team ceremonies. Strong stakeholder management skills , with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams, build alignment, and drive progress without direct authority. Strong communication and reporting skills , including the ability to synthesize complex delivery information into clear updates, risks, and recommendations for leaders and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure and clarity to an evolving environment. Fluency in English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both regional and global stakeholders.
