Key Responsibilities: Support U.S. and international sales teams in day-to-day operations and campaign execution Assist with client communications, including proposal follow-ups, campaign updates, and general inquiries Assist Sales with Salesforce management Build and manage sales trackers, pipelines, and reporting documents Conduct research to identify new business leads, target accounts, and key decision-makers Source and verify client contacts using internal tools and external platforms Coordinate internally with marketing, editorial, ad operations, and finance teams to support campaign delivery Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and media kits using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Support RFP responses and assist in creating tailored client pitches Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on market trends and opportunities Qualifications: Entry level. Prior experience in media, advertising, sales, or a related field (internships) preferred Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment As Deadline values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. A good faith estimate of the salary range is $71,000k - $75,000 upon hire. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
