Position Overview We are Looking for a Senior RAN Integration Engineer to join our Validation Team in Hyderabad, India. Will be responsible for hands-on validation and troubleshooting of RAN systems in satellite end-to-end environment. This role involves analysing and troubleshooting field test results, performing validation of RAN components (terrestrial and non terrestrial), and ensuring network performance and reliability meet design expectations. Key Responsibilities: Perform hands-on RAN testing in an end-to-end lab environment. Troubleshoot and interpret field testing results to identify issues and improvement opportunities. Perform RAN-oriented troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Work closely with system engineers and developers to validate new software releases and features. Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting for RAN validation activities. Qualifications Proven experience in wireless network testing. Experience Working with QXDM Strong expertise in RAN and RF engineering and related testing methodologies. Hands-on experience in 5G/LTE system validation. Experience working with eNodeB and analysing relevant logs. Practical experience operating within a full end-to-end RAN environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Communication Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related engineering field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are considered an advantage. Experience: A minimum of 7 years. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python and MATLAB for automation and data analysis. Familiarity with industry tools such as XCAL, UE Simulators, and Viavi. Solid RF testing background and understanding of radio performance metrics. Experience/Knowledge on 3GPP procedures involving RRC,RLC,MAX,PHY layers Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technology Stack: QXDM XCAL Python MATALB Physical Requirements Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.
